Hi Pritma, depending on where you live, your bank may decline the transaction due to an unusual purchase. My advice is that you call your bank and let them know that you are trying make an online purchase for $XXX (whatever amount you are trying to complete). This actually happened to me a couple days ago and it was resolved immediately after I called my bank. I hope that helps. Good luck!
